Refunds

We offer a refund or a free replacement if:

the item is damaged or faultily printed,
you have received a wrong item, or
the delivery has been lost.

In this case, please send us a photo of the item and your order number to info@planetadesign.de so we can process your request quickly.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Gollierstraße 37, 80339 Munich

Not eligible for a return

Since each product is custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for the following reasons:

You have chosen the wrong format.
You no longer like the item after receiving it.
You have changed your mind later.

We ask for your understanding – this way we can produce sustainably and resource-efficiently.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before you buy.

Our posters are produced using a print-on-demand process. This means that each poster is only printed when an order is received. This allows us to avoid overproduction and conserve resources.

We work with gelato.com, an international printing partner that produces high-quality, professional-grade print products. Gelato utilizes a global network of local printing companies. This means your poster is produced – whenever possible – near your delivery location. This results in faster delivery times and a smaller carbon footprint.

Because it's more environmentally friendly: Only what's actually ordered is printed. No stock, no unnecessary leftovers – good for you and good for the planet.

Since all our products are printed individually for you , orders cannot be automatically refunded or cancelled once they are in production.

However, if there is something wrong with your order – for example, a printing error , incorrect item or damage – we will of course take care of it.

In this case, please contact us via our contact form or by email , and we will work together to find the best solution.

We ask for your understanding – this allows us to produce sustainably and in a resource-efficient manner.

Once we have reviewed and confirmed your claim, you will receive, depending on the case:

a refund to your original payment method , or
a free replacement item .

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days . For refunds via Shopify, the credit period depends on your payment method (usually 3–5 business days after confirmation).

Please first check the tracking information you received by email.
If your package has been lost or hasn't arrived after 14 days , please contact us. We will immediately find a solution – either a replacement or a refund.
