How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before you buy.
How are the posters from planetadesign.shop produced?
Our posters are produced using a print-on-demand process. This means that each poster is only printed when an order is received. This allows us to avoid overproduction and conserve resources.
Where and by whom are the posters printed?
We work with gelato.com, an international printing partner that produces high-quality, professional-grade print products. Gelato utilizes a global network of local printing companies. This means your poster is produced – whenever possible – near your delivery location. This results in faster delivery times and a smaller carbon footprint.
Why print-on-demand?
Because it's more environmentally friendly: Only what's actually ordered is printed. No stock, no unnecessary leftovers – good for you and good for the planet.
How does a refund work for my order?
Since all our products are printed individually for you , orders cannot be automatically refunded or cancelled once they are in production.
However, if there is something wrong with your order – for example, a printing error , incorrect item or damage – we will of course take care of it.
In this case, please contact us via our contact form or by email , and we will work together to find the best solution.
When will I receive a refund or a replacement?
We offer a refund or free replacement if:
- the item is damaged or incorrectly printed
- You received the wrong item , or
- the shipment was lost .
In this case, please send us a photo of the item as well as your order number so that we can process your request quickly.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Since each product is individually manufactured to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- You have chosen the wrong format .
- They no longer like the item after receiving it.
- They changed their minds afterwards.
We ask for your understanding – this allows us to produce sustainably and in a resource-efficient manner.
How does a refund process work?
Once we have reviewed and confirmed your claim, you will receive, depending on the case:
- a refund to your original payment method , or
- a free replacement item .
Processing typically takes 7–10 business days . For refunds via Shopify, the credit period depends on your payment method (usually 3–5 business days after confirmation).
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Please first check the tracking information you received by email.
If your package has been lost or hasn't arrived after 14 days , please contact us. We will immediately find a solution – either a replacement or a refund.
